RESERVATIONS FOR PARK/PAVILION FACILITIES

When reserving the Park, you have the use of the Pavilion, the No. 1 Baseball Diamond and the Horseshoe Pits. Other residents and/or Persons, although unrelated to your party or group are allowed to use any other Park Facility. NO ORGANIZATION OR GROUP MAY RESERVE THE ENTIRE PARK FOR ANY EVENT OR ACTIVITY.

The Park is open from daylight to dark. Bathrooms and outer gates are locked at dark.

The reservation fee is $75.00 for residents; $25.00 is a refundable damage deposit. Reservation fee is $100.00 for non-residents; $25.00 is a refundable damage deposit. Payment must be made at the time of the reservation. RESERVATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED THE FIRST BUSINESS DAY AFTER JANUARY 1ST OF EACH YEAR. Reservations at that time are only accepted IN PERSON at the township hall after completing an application and paying the reservation fee. After February 1st of each year phone reservations will be allowed and honored for one week, after which time, if payment and signed agreement are not completed the reservation, will be voided.

Ground fires are not permitted; bases for the ball diamond are not provided, and all motorized vehicles are prohibited.

Clean-up is required before your deposit is returned; 1) All garbage must be bagged and placed in the dumpster located at the east end of the park parking lot; 2) Tables must be cleaned of all food, papers and garbage; and 3) Pavilion must be cleaned up and swept if necessary.

  2. PARK BATHROOMS OPEN FROM 9 AM TO 9 PM
  3. FOOT AND NON-MOTORIZED TRAFFIC ONLY
  4. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED IN PARK
  5. NO LITTERING
  6. NO HUNTING
  7. NO GROUND FIRES
  8. NO CAMPING
  9. NO ABUSIVE LANGUAGE
  10. NO ANIMALS ALLOWED IN PARK OR ANY LANDS DESIGNATED FOR PUBLIC RECREATION IN SWAN CREEK TOWNSHIP, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF DOGS LEADING THE BLIND
  11. PASSENGER VEHICLES ONLY – NO TRAILERS ALLOWED
