HOMEOWNERS PRINCIPAL RESIDENCE EXEMPTION
New Homeowners: If you own and occupy a home in Swan Creek Township as your legal principal residence, file a Homeowner Principal Residence Exemption Affidavit by June 1st for the summer tax levy and November 1 for the winter tax levy with the Township to claim an exemption from some school operating taxes for the tax year.
